Getting angry at work a lot

    Almost at day 90 and I can feel my testosterone levels are through the roof. Little things at work are starting to set me off. Trying my best not to show my anger and frustration but it's difficult when you're ex-military and you work with a bunch of lazy, complaining civvies. Think they're better than you because they get paid more. Oh man, lucky I hit the gym tonight and not take my anger out on them. Frustrated as I'm a contractor on minimum wage doing everyone's dirty work. Know Im better but my Resume says otherwise. Only one to blame is myself, at least nofap has given me the confidence to keep going and push through the pain

    If you are struggling with a bad temper, I suggest slowly repeating the following affirmation on 3-4 times a day (in a quiet space) for at least a month or two, and your bad temper will slowly fade away. At least it has worked for me as it tricks your subconscious mind to gradually adapt this new paradigm/habit:

    "Henceforth, I shall grow more good-humored. Joy, happiness, and cheerfulness are now becoming my normal states of mind. Every day, I am becoming more and more lovable and understanding. I am now becoming the center of cheer and good will to all those about me, infecting them with good humor.
    This happy, joyous, and cheerful mood is now becoming my normal, natural state of mind. I am grateful!! "

    I am on a day 35 today soon and I am angry as hell these days. Like irritated as fuck!!!

    Definitely need to be more grateful every day. I really do try. Just always disappointed with something or someone

    I am constantly stressed at work now because fapping took care of that and now I have to face it. It sucks but we have to process these feelings now and do the best we can while we reboot. It’s gonna take time but in another three months you will feel better honestly. I am at the same spot as you close to 100 days but will get better, I am banking on that. Need to keep a positive attitude about ourselves as much as we can.

    I know this sounds like a tough advice I suggest that every morning you wake up, take a few minutes to write down ten things you are grateful for in life followed by five minutes of meditation where you send love, prosperity and peace thoughts to three people who are currently bothering you. This will give effect after some time.

    I suggest that you take a cold shower for 5 minutes every morning
