    Hello Everyone!
I've been watching porn since I was 13-14. Have been chronically masturbating since that time, as well.
Less than a year ago made a decision to quit porn. My longest streak is 27 days. I am 22.
I know how porn affects my brain. But still, I can do nothing about it. I want to quit watching porn forever. Because I know it is ruining my life.
Hopefully, with the help of this organization I will be able to do this.

  2. New to NoFap. No porn for a week. No masturbation for 3 days. I'm really only aiming for 90 days no porn. I gave it up for Lent and lasted 57 days. My first goal masturbation wise is 2 weeks. I do notice I do get occasional soreness from masturbation so I think I need some healing time physically. Once I hit 2 weeks then I'll try to finish a month or 30 days. Will I give up the oppurtunity for sex with a partner? No. I did notice during the 57 days of no porn I was less flaccid during the day and real women looked more attractive. I was able to not masturbate for 10 days which helped my soreness. Why am I doing this? I think I have become somewhat desensitized to regular women both mentally and physically. I look at this as a healing process.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

The strategy is to simply quit watching porn and chronically masturbating. But whrn I do quit them withdrawal symptoms hit me hard: depression, crazy fatigue, no motivation..
Do you have a strategy that helped other guys to reboot?

Keep in mind that pornography is deeply ingrained in your brain by now. Don't simply resolve to quit. Frankly, without learning about the issue and without disciplining yourself, pornography will still have the upper hand. Quitting porn is not an accident; it is a process. 6. To me it's a healing process. No physical soreness, no inability to not see the natural beauty of real women, no inner conflict on the exploitation of women.

  7. I think you need to phase them in gradually. Start with porn for a few weeks then add masturbation. It you treat it as a step processs it's usually more manageable and less painful. May I ask when you say chronic masturbating how often are you masturbating?

Well it is pretty bad. Something about 2-3 times a day with porn. Consistently trying to quit for a year. Had a lot of consecutive days without porn. Probably 3 times I went with 20+ days without porn. But urges hit me hard and I relapsed every time.
