    Hi, this is my first post. I just discovered this website and am blown away by it. I had a question about the nofap life. My specific issues revolve around fapping, and pornography. I also get around Abit and recently became FWB. Not a serous relationship. So my basic question is... Is the general consensus that any type of release is bad? Or that just the specific actually of napping and pornography are bad? And how does it tie together? Any thoughts or advice will be appreciated.

    We generally don't make judgments on whether a friend with benefits is right or wrong. You would be sacrificing the O part of PMO, but you can still abstain from masturbation and pornography and be successful at it. Lots of people do that, including me. Even if you are sexually active, pornography is still as twisted as ever. That's true of pornography whether you are sexually active or not.
