im here to tell you all one I’m drunk haven’t drank in 5 months. Fuck porn man it’s a disgusting cycle that makes you think women aren’t worthy of your time. When pussy is the second closest thing to heaven. Also all you do is look at dicks all day which leads to severe porn fantasy and some porn also generates gay thoughts! Fuck porn!!!!

Quit it now if your addicted ! I’ve been addicted for 14 years!!! Since 10 years old!! Let’s quit now and bang women! This time and generation is the best we will ever encounter women are fucking anything. Guess what we’re in that anything category!!

  3. Find something to do, that gets it off your mind. Add some days to that counter, 1 day at a time. Even if it has to be 1 hour at a time.

I hate porn when i join nofap I know i relapse 2_3 times But now i have situations in control fuck porn for life

  5. Honestly porn looks like an episode of animal planet to me, yet actual sex is far more intimate and emotional. Porn breaks marriages and couples apart, it's meant to make us masturbate and isolate ourselves instead of actually having rewarding sexual relationships with people we love.

Welcome here. Glad you has discovered that porn is destroying your life.
Spend some time here to read others stories, and why not starting your journal?
Sharing your thoughts will really help you.

Oke, time to change the focus. On what things would you focus from now on?

  9. Porn sucks man, I'm on day 4 and is a struggle, I feel very angry and irratable and everything, I just wanto isolate and not be bothered, I have so many negative thoughts right now, is like my brain won'tshut off, and pornography always helps, but then I get addicted and have to watch everyday and fap, then I get depressed and I get ashamed too look at anyone, it feels like a prison I have created for myself.

  10. Well done, to express some of that negative thoughts.
Did you already create a journal? Keep on sharing your thoughts, and you soon will discover that it will release you....

  15. I would encourage you right now.
You used porn for years to suppress your negative thoughts, howevery these thoughts just came back as soon as the suppression went over.

This time, just do it different.
You have to release and express all those negative thoughts. You must face them. No choice.
If you suppress them once again, your problem has become a bit bigger.

Did you already started a journal? Just start writing your day off, and keep on doing that.
It will give you release. In the meanwhile, forget about the porn, and forget about the alcoholics.
    Shift the focus.

@FapstronautCumsmonaut there are many tips on this forum, including in the journals section. Sounds like you're having a really difficult time quitting (as are many of us).

What strategies are you using to quit? Remember willpower alone = guaranteed failure. Map your triggers (what environment do you get urges in, what situations make you reach out to porn and fap, what thought patterns reinforce PMO?).

    Some quick tips:
    1. Change your environment - get out of your room if you can
    2. Structure your day - have a clear wake-up time and bedtime
    3. Install porn filters on all your devices (they won't be 100% effective but still important)
    4. Leave your devices outside your room
    5. Convert the urge into something productive/useful - e.g. every time you get an urge, go for a run or call a friend
    6. Re-affirm every day why you want to quit: a useful exercise is to imagine what your life will be like in 3 years if you're still a porn addict, and what it would be like if you have been PMO free.
