    OMG the lies are the WORST. I just did an inventory of our marriage and out of the last 25 years maybe 2.5 have been porn free- now that's sad. The lies, gaslighting, it was only since finding NF that I realized what a monster he becomes.

    Hi there - thank you so much or your offer of help. He has joined Nofap but I think he's a little lost. We have each others usernames but have agreed not to read each others threads so we can both get support.
    I'm useless with technology, do you know if there's a way I can private message you his username? He has said he needs some fellowship help for recovery. Thank you so much :)
