For those who's libido has come back after flatline, how?

All I can tell you is that today I had really strong urges and I am surprised that relapse did not happen. The libido was 100 %, maybe 110 %.

Anyone else seem to get a massive spike in libido the day after a binge drinking session (Yes I know, terrible.). I went a bit overboard on New years eve and what followed the next two days was this intense urge to shag anything or anyone it was crazy like I was bed ridden with what I think was libido. A thought of a real girl pop in my mind and a slight chubby would appear, crazy shit.

I've never really felt accustomed to libido as I've wanked my life away from my teens, it's always been that dopamine hit from orgasm i've lusted.

 

Not really for me, but I dont really drink either . But this signals a big red mark for YOU! Either cut it down like your life depends on it or with SERIOUS determined commitment meditate like 2 hours, workout, etc etc after you drink!

 

Ah it's not a big deal man I can take or leave drink. Just a new year celebration that got a bit messy ha. Just was really fuckin' weird that in the morning after I had this intense spike of what I felt as if to be libido. No porn cravings just felt I could of done with a women for two days straight haha.
