    those of you you have a decent amount of sobriety what does your life look like day to day ? from the minute you wake up to the minute you hit the bed ?

    Mon-Thur = Cold Shower/Meditate/Gym/Read/Work
    Fri = Cold Shower/Meditate/Gym/Batting Cages/Read/Work
    Sat = Rest Day (Misc)(Cold Showers,Meditation Included)
    Sun = Softball

    Evening: Chill / Cook / Date
    Weekend: Parties

    Sunday: Do whatever the fuck I want

    Thurs-mon work at end of day cold showers.
    Tues-wed cold showers in the morning.
    Take dog for a walk. At the end of day cold shower again.
