    I have seen during my NoFap journey is -

    When I stimulate my penis, the erections go down in 30 -40 seconds,
    however if the erection happens naturally , without any stimulations, the erections tend to last 2-3 minutes.

    Is this thing only happen with me or with everyone?

    I'm going through the exact same. I'd be curious to knows how long this lasted for you. I think I'm coming out of a flatline. I had no erection, no sex drive for a little while but now I can actually have sex and get a little bit of morning wood. Still not 100%. Guess I'm just rushing the process but my gf is very sexual and I hate to disappoint if you knows what I mean.
