Flatline? What does it mean?

Well I intially got the definition wrong.

I thought it meant that you are getting crazy urges etc.

But from my new understanding it's when your libido drops so low it's practically non existent "flatlined". You also get low mood and just feel fed up.

Often people will try and test themselves during this time because they think something is broken within themselves however it's simply a tired brain resetting itself back to its default settings. Use that time to read/listen to positive and motivational books/podcasts, learn a new language, play an instrument, hit the gym, go for walks - re-channel the energies that used to be used for PMO into healthy productive pursuits which will stand you in good stead down the line and don't let the flat-line trouble you. Everything will fall into place down the line.
