Flatline question

Hi, so I'm fairly new to nofap and this is the longest I've gone without PMO (10 days) and I've never experienced this flatline before in my life… yet.

Anyway I was wondering if it's still possible to be able to get it up when with a woman and perform just fine during the flatline? I ask because the last time I tried to have sexual intercourse with this girl I experienced porn induced ED which was very embarrassing for me and is the whole reason as to why I've decided to take up nofap.

So as it turns out next week will be my last chance to have sex with this girl and now I'm worried I'll hit a flatline and experience the same problem again. Any advice? Will I still be able to get and maintain and full erection during intercourse through the flatline period?

P.S. I'm still a virgin if that affects anything (20 years old male)
