First time trying this

Hey this is my first time trying to reboot I am 26 year old male and I have been using porn since iiwas 14 and masterbating since we'll before that but the long and short as to why I am attempting this is because my chronic use of porn and masterbation is interfering with me and my significant others sex life and I want to stop my use of those things as a part my mission to better myself for her and me so I hope with time effort and help from this community I can accomplish this for myself and her my parameters are PM and it is currently day zero for me as of this post
