Finding NoFap very hard

So I have been doing NoFap for about ive lost count so maybe about a month.
The problem I have is that my job is very boring and frustrates me I get angry when people can't do simple things which I assume are easy.

I am frustrated enough from NoFap and worse than that I sometimes look for escorts on my mobile alot. I've had sex before but only really with escorts ...ive had dates with girls before and got them in bed before but then as they are usually over weight and not attractive I don't want to have sex with them.

For those that know I do do some Day Game and I had a date with a girl lined up tomorrow but now she can't make it. That has had a bad effect on me.

The problem is if I break NoFap I will have no desire to meet or talk to girls ...Ive almost set my self a challenge not to FAP until I have sex with a girl I have met and not paid for. Maybe I am being a bit hard on my self not sure
