Fighting Strong Urges?

    Hey guys, I was curious if anybody had good strategies to fighting incredibly strong urges, which to a point, begin to even make you light-headed. While working at my job a few days ago, I touched a women passing by me in a very casual way just to navigate, and she had an incredibly soft back, which gave me an erection right there that lasted for a good ten minutes. My urges were building up hard, so I was curious if anyone discovered some good tricks. Thanks again.

    Repeating digits of pie in my head over and over again, or going through math timetables seemed to help put down erections for me, I can't imagine anything less arousing than math lol. Repeating a memorized poem or speech in your head might help as well, something to occupy the brain.
