Few questions

Hello there
I have few questions in mind that I'll being up after telling few words about my self (which are directly related to the questions)
I've been doing pmo for almost a decade and I didn't have any sexual relationship, as I grow up the addiction became more intense so the amount of p and m I used to get to the same high and pleasure was growing in numbers . One of the things that I noticed was I was ejaculating much faster than the early years (premature ejaculation) , and now that I'm quitting pmo in a serious way I have these questions in mind :
1.is there anyone here who experienced same issue while doing pmo and was naturally healed after quitting pmo for a while ?
2.is ejaculation delay is different with p and real sex? Is it longer or shorter? (Someone might have been doing pmo and had sex at same time so he can tell)
3.any advices on how to help the sexual health on premature ejaculation?

P.S: i apologize if I'm posting the thread here which is not so related , my idea was that the people who succed at quitting might have gone through same situation and can share their experience with me .
