Hi! As female I can tell you: yes, and social, psychological and sexual repercussions are of the same intensity. Anorgasmia, lesbian tendencies PMO induced, anxiety, depression, social isolation, low self esteem, loneliness, feelings of fault, anger, brain fog, inability to focus, insomnia, acne, and a long etcetera.

 

Porn addiction, like any other can affect anyone.

 

I suspect a PMO addiction might be more embarrassing for women due to the perception that only men have this problem

 

Earlier this year I was watching a YouTube video where a woman talked about her video porn addiction and how quitting improved her life considerably.

What surprised me the most was all the nasty shit she was getting into was the same as what I was into. I had believed that woman are only addicted to romance/erotic literature. How wrong I was.

As I get further and further away from my PMO days the more I see woman as human beings just like me. Sounds silly writing that out now. But 40 years of PMO has made me immature in many ways. I’m still growing up.
