Feeling a new sense of freedom

    I was scared when I started on the NoFap path. What was I giving up? I knew that it was the right decision, but it felt constraining.

    Now, I realise that the old way was constraining — porn and masturbation imprisoned me with their incessant daily demands and growing fetishes.

    After only 31 days, there is a new sense of freedom. Porn and masturbation no longer hold me in their iron grip!

    I'm aware that it's early days yet, and I still have a hard journey ahead of me. But to feel this freedom after just one month is rewarding, almost exhilarating.

    Congrats mate! I can totally relate to what you write and one of the main benefits with breaking free from PMO completely is the sense of freedom you will acquire in the process. Freedom from the addictions of lust and arousal (and the compulsive behaviors that comes with it) makes you feel like having total control of yourself, your mind, behaviors and your destiny.
    To not mention the sense of happiness, joy and presence you will feel in the small things in life!

    I wish you the best of luck in the future because it will only get better with time!!
