Feel the pain from workout after relapse

Hi there. so I relapse yesterday. (feel suck after waking up today.)

but yesterday I notice that after MO I started to feel the pain from gym workout from the ealier morning. The pain was not there before MO.
it feels like after MO it makes my body so weak and start to feel the pain.
