First, prostitution is illegal in almost the entire country. So you ARE likely committing a crime in seeing one.
Second, you are involving/promoting/prolonging a very nasty business that treats women very poorly.

If you "Need" to ejaculate and want to choose how, masturbation without porn seems a far better option.

 

and what if he doesnt live in the USA? and maybe lives in a country where prostitution is legal? Not every one live in AMERICA

Since you have to do it for a medical exam, I wouldn’t call it a relapse. It’s not an issue of giving in, it’s an issue of wanting to stay healthy by getting tested. Bearing that in mind, and how the prostitution business almost always treats the prostitutes horrible, I would recommend masturbating for it instead. BUT NO P. Then it would be a relapse. Be careful afterwards though, that may make it easier for you to actually relapse.
