    Hello,

Is it actually part of the withdrawals ? I just woke up and found out today I slept for almost 14 hours and I'm still asleep.
Once I slept for 18 hours and still struggled to get out of bed...

Does the brain somehow find a substitute in sleeping because the only thing I'd like to do right now is rush on my bed again...

    Thanks

  2. I have been an early riser for years. Since no PMO I can't get out of bed in the AM.

    It is probably withdrawal.
I found myself being sleepy and needing to sleep a lot during the 200 days

  4. Congratulations on 200 days. I just got to 101.

    There's no big story.

Most of the 200 days have been true hell physically and mentally.
Haven't see any big advantages for now, or superpowers, or woman attraction.
The only advantage is that my back pain is almost gone, and my body is getting more equilibrium.

Beside that it has been a mental hell, with incredible depression and suicidal thoughts, and i'm just out the last hellish phase.

But i've been pmoing for 20 years, so i'm probably fucked up badly, and 1 year recovery is just a start for me.

  8. I am only able to sleep like 4 hour per night with frequent awakenings and crazy bizarre feeling nightmares. Man... I wish I could sleep that long.

  9. I had nightmares of my teeth falling out earlier on in withdrawal, then I had weird whacky dreams after a while, it’s fucking crazy...

  10. Do you still experience anxiety, panic, deep depression, mood swings etc.?

  11. Still there a little bit but nowhere near as bad from my last relapse.

    Not seeing any pros yet?

  13. It's from the withdrawals as your brain in process of rebooting it requires you to sleep. 139 days in and ive slept more than a pregnant women throughout my journey especially in the beginning.
