    I was with this girl and 3 times we tried having sex. The first 2 times I got an erection but not long enough for full and complete intercourse. The 3 time I didn't get an erection. Each time I would masturbate from porn before she left or after she came over and sometimes 2-3times. I felt like I was just digging myself a hole but I couldn't stop. She's the third girl I got hard for but didn't stay hard and pmo was always involved. How many days should I consider nofap?

    I would say nofap ever again! It is possible and benefits when doing real sex are huge.

    My recipe: NoFap only 1 day. And then another one. Don't count, Go and do something else.
    I've got some help with magic pills at the beginning. So happy I've found "GET365VCL" :) in Google, and got V* . Good luck.
