Enough is enough

  1. I'm a 45 yrs old Male, and at the brink of divorce. Every relationship I've had in my life had been warped and twisted because of my addiction to porn and fap which started in high school. It only got worse in severity and intensity. Enough is enough. I need to conquer this addiction once and for all.

  2. That's the attitude you need to KEEP. Start reading as much as you can. Start finding tools to help yourself in this battle.

  3. Thank you for the encouragement.

  4. This monster, PMO, started innocently enough, from a simple semi nude woman picture in a photography book. What was supposedly an artistic photography book collection, became a secret source of arousal in my teenage years, due to the hidden nature and attempt at PMO without my parents finding out. I guess there would be no way for any parents to detect such things, and so I think maybe it's a good thing for me to proactively talk to my kids in the future, and talk to them about such things. Of course, unless something becomes extreme and causes problems, no kids will ever listen to any talk about such embarrassing topic, something that brings such twisted pleasure. I certainly always thought that it wasn't such a bad thing, until I became a Christian recently. I just never knew. No one ever told me it was bad. I just never experienced enough of negative consequences to have the desire to stop. Even though now I see now devastating the negative consequences were, I certainly never became aware of them. I was spiritually blind. But now I can see.
