Energy that originates from no PMO

    Take these two scenarios:
    You go for a run and after you stop and breathe, how that makes you feel? You feel relaxed, your body feel ticklish and your skin is burning.
    You sit home behind your computer and do no physical activity at all. How that makes you feel? Yeah, the energy is inside you, you didn't burn a thing!

    At this point I ask you, how do you release your energy?

    I walk/exercise/run daily.

    30 minutes of walking every single morning

    45 minutes in the gym lifting weights every other day

    30 minutes of running on the treadmill every other day

    Exercise 5 times/ week.

    I lift weights for 45mins to an hour or longer 6 days a week, if I still have energy and its not dark out I go for a walk and work on my photography

    Hello Pista,

    I try to release energy by going 3 times in the week to gym for 45 minutes.
    Meditating and cold showers are also very good for releasing energy.
