    After more than a year of not taking quitting seriously, decided it was time to get back on track to better myself. Had a good discussion with my best friend who gave some helpful insight.
    Five hours later and back to square one. At this point I am getting kinda scared as I don't feel like I have control of my body anymore. Feels like my hormones have been cruising on high the past day or so. Fear is not really how I wanted to start fighting.

    It is not easy, nobody said it is gonna be easy. But as with everything in life, it's doing the hard work that really rewards you with happiness. So choose wisely and stick to your choice.
