Embarrassing Hair Loss at the Age of 20. Is NoFap The Solution?

Hello NoFap Forum,

I heard about you guys two years ago. Back then, I did NoFap for 2 months but was like whatever about it. Went back to PMO. Until I discovered an embarrassing hair loss problem. I was listening to some music until I had hair starting to fall out. At first, I was like, whatever it's just some hair, who cares. But then, things got worse. My hair was all over my sinks, my toilet, shower, etc. Things got so bad that every time you walk into my bathroom, you see hair everywhere. It's like an apocalypse of hair. I'm a little bit concerned about this because my family doesn't have a history of hair loss. My dad's side is notoriously known for having resilient hair. Nobody even on my mom's side has hair loss issues. Except me. I'm the only one in the family. I have been PMOing since I was 16. Has anyone here on the NoFap forum had a similar issue but did NoFap and all the hair loss problems were gone? Please respond.
