    When I was a pmo addict,somedays I get
    Incredible speed and strength,
    Sometimes, great mental focus too.
    If I stop pmo forever, Will I get these physical skills permanently? like not only sometimes?

    Perhaps not permanently, but if you work on yourself - not just from abstaining, but also in terms of bettering yourself, in ways like meditation, exercising, studying, etc, - then you'll start seeing more permanent results.
