ED/PE - Relationship During Reboot

So I have recently got a new partner and we started having sex about 2 weeks ago...
I have been attempting a reboot for about 2 months now - have relapsed 3 times during that period...

During Sex I'm usually very worried about ED/PE such that I either can't get it up or if I do I end up ejaculating within under 10 seconds... I can't tell whether this is PIED related (well fetish videos rather than porn) or whether this is just performance anxiety?

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get over these symptoms as I'm worried that it should become a problem if we can't have prolonged sex over a long period...
