ED First time having sex

    So this weekend was the first time I ever had sex, I was really excited about it but had a hard time staying erect. This has never really been an issue before with porn. Also much to my disgust masturbating felt better than sex. What can I do to make sex more enjoyable? And avoid ED?

    Btw I'm a frequent masturbator, it's bad it's now almost once every day.

    Any help/advise would be GREATLY appreciated

    To make the real thing more enjoyable and avoid ED, stay away from PMO.
    It twists your mind in several ways and reduces physical sensation.
    Read and learn here and start making your plan to drop this mess sooner rather than later.

    Don't pmo and your ed will go away. Will take 90 days at the most in my experience maybe less depends on the individual.

    At the very least stop watching porn. It programs your brain into thinking you're having sex with several partners in one session, and when you're used to that, how could you ever stay aroused with just 1?
