I all depends how long have you been addicted and how serious was your addiction. I'd it usually takes 2-4 months to get rid of acute withdrawal symptoms and 6-24 months to deal with post acute withdrawals. But this are just general numbers. Everyone has his own recovery timeline. It's also hard to know what are preexisting conditions resurfacing and what is directly cause of withdrawals. Many of us have "cured" depression and anxiety with PMO, in that case we can't blame withdrawals for worsening depression/anxiety symptoms, though many do. Abstention is only a blister, removed from our wound, so we can better see the damage underneath.
