Don't touch your bed! - Challenge

  2. Not strictly not touching my bed but making progress. I halved the average time in bed but it's still measured in hours. By the end of the week I think I'll acclimatize enough to stay away from it completely.

    That's one of the best things you can be working on. It's really important. So much of the difficulty is only an illusion in the end. You're having this great anxiety, but once you get your hands on something (!), it becomes obvious that starting the day was the only worthy option.

    Last night was a bit of a borderline case as I went in bed before doing my breathing exercise for the night.
