Don't know how to have sex if I don't masturbate

    I must be really addicted.. I feel like I can't have sex if I don't masturbate. My sexuality feels empty... Can someone help or relate?

    Yup. It took me quite some time the first time I tried to get off PMO before I was able even to get it up. I see a very clear correlation between abstaining and sexual desire for women.

    Some people also have issues such as needing to actually training to be with someone, to regain sensuality and to get comfortable. But it is very much possible.

    So its all part of the process? Like for example: with my ex girls.. I had to look at porn of somebody that looks like them to want to fuck them. Does that make sense? I have to look at ass to want ass.. I'm really addicted?

    Indeed that is an experience not to uncommon. I have felt and still feel I guess that I need to fantisize about porn while having sex just to maintain myself stiff.

    Yes, porn is more stimulating, because it is artificial. Girls in porn looks totally different than in real life. You know, different light, make-up, post-recording edition, special poses, unnatural behavior and so on. You need to stop PMO.
