Now you are climbing, breathing hard, your lungs burning. You’d like to stop, to go back downward, but you can’t, because there is no back to go down to. The town you departed from is gone, swept away in the landslide that sent you scrambling. There is only forward now.

I feel that I can relate with this. I'm married and 39. Porn was a big part of my life on a daily basis. I had no intimacy with my wife probably due to the porn. Now on day 19 but starting to feel healthy and even got a kiss from my wife out of the blue. Porn was my devil and I'm never going back to it!
We can do this brothers and regain control, happiness and connection with our significant others!

Psubs are a subtle and dangerous things that can easily lead to a relapse. The first time I started back in June I wasn't viewing P(until my relapse) but Psubs were there and I used them frequently. A fair warning to all out there.

Congrats on going 60+ days. Continue with your PMO streak and practicing patience with your wife, good luck.

Thanks man, still going strong with my reboot.

Think the combination of starving my sex-charged brain of images and getting 2-4 hours of excercise every day is the reason I've made it this far.

My wife is a different story... but all I can do is to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Grateful for the thread here and can't wait to jump into the next one coming up in August.
I began my latest reboot challenge on the 24th, so the added incentive of seeing the month through to the end is greatly appreciated.
Join in whenever you can, and stay committed to rebooting and overcoming the negative effects of PMO addiction.

I feel that perhaps the sorrow of these days will be revealed to me as having had their usefulness. The nature of this sorrow is bewildering. I seek some familiarity that eludes me; I want to go home and I have no home.

Don't look back, and don't wish for comfort and familiarity. Instead, fight for a better tomorrow by honoring yourself today. And the most important way for me to do that is to overcome my addiction to PMO.
This is the foundation of the new life that we are all trying to build. PMO free.

yeah I'm fighting again now... but it's getting really really better....hope to make it through my whole life like this.... don't want to come back to born ever!!
I put a paper on my room's wall and I wrote the number of days I have been not fabing on it... it works until now... whenever I want to relapse I just remember that I will waste those 10 days of hard hard effort... so I push my self to go away from the phone and do anything else just to get over the urge.. maybe u should try it mate ...we r real warriors.. because we r fighting a battle that nobody else knows about.. that's why we need to support each other here!! I support y'all

You can do it. It gets better with each attempt, and the longer you try.
It's natural to have some disappointment, but don't let that turn into self-loathing.
The only way out is to show yourself love and compassion.
You can do this! You are equipped to live a PMO free life of love and compassion for yourself and others.
Just thought of something that you could tell yourself to help jump start your reboot and keep it going. It's the statement, "I deserve it". For all the good and bad(discomfort/withdrawal) you will experience, try saying "I deserve it."
Accept rebooting challenges; because you deserve the benefits of being free from your PMO addiction. We all do!
    Keep fighting @Smartboyj !

. . . I’m no longer crouched over the problem, looking furtively over my shoulder. I’m lurching forward in my life again, and it feels as if someone finally cracked open a window that had been jammed.
