    i am on my 5 day of No PMO and i am feeling great. i have been a long time addict and want to give up the P and M forever. I have never lasted for 5 days before so I am quite proud of myself for achieving this small milestone. I know you guys have been in for much longer. My gf is coming today back from her trip, would it be ok to have the O with her...or does it count as a relapse? I never intended to be completely PMO free, only free from P and M but now i am asking myself if there is still a benefit if no P and no M but you do the O with gf?

    O with SO is how sex is supposed to be and as long as you do not P and M, you still will be progressing. Beware of the chaser effect! It is better to abstain completely especially since you're only at day 5. You'll reboot faster. In the end it is you who decides. You got this!
