doing great but tips not thinking about hookups?

    Hello beautiful nofap community!

    I am doing wonderful for quick info, I have way over 90 days + no porn and now over 2 weeks no chat rooms, or phone lines or anything which is BEST I HAVE EVER DONE! Proud of that.

    Now the next step i would love help with is how to deal with ,transmute energy of not thinking about hooking up.

    any advice on this topic is truly appreciated and open to many tips/ideas.

    p.s. in my journal tip for others is lately giving up processed sugar is REALLY helping me.
