Like for example when I am in the first few days. I find myself in a really low mood, thinking why can't I be ok again and then thinking stuff it il do what I'm craving for as il feel better.

I wonder if this is the mind and bodies way of getting why it wants?

Yes, very much so. Your brain is "naive". It doesn't understand that abstinence/recovery is the best course of action long term. The primitive part of your brain (limbic system) only understands now. It only understands that it wants porn and/or fapping. It doesn't understand the negative consequences associated with this behaviour. We have our prefrontal cortex in the frontal lobe to do that for us. Humans is the only species on this planet that has a well developed prefrontal cortex to the point where it can say no to instant gratification in exchange for a long term greater health.

Your subconscious mind plays tricks to make you relapse. like making your fear for unknown reason, make you feel like shortness of breath, reason less anxiety, sometimes extreme boredome. Don't fear be brave. These are all tricks by subconciousmind.
