Does watching porn alone also mean edging?

The article correctly says that edging is masturbating up to the edge of orgasm, then stopping to cool things down, then revving up again. True enough, it adds that a version of this could be: watching porn without masturbating. In what way?

Well, edging is basically orgasm control. This is achieved by adjusting sexual stimulation. Usually sexual stimulation refers to stimulation of the genitals, but may also include stimulation of other erogenous zones or even stimulation of the senses (such as sight in the case of pornography).

However, none of the above is the case when simply watching porn without masturbating or touching oneself... unless one were to constantly keep pausing the sex scene every time one felt close to the 'edge' of an orgasm. I hope that is clear.
