    hey guys just started with nofap (day 3) but yesterday i was talking with a friend about some girls and said dirty stuff about them. Wondered if its a relapse??? Im on hardmode by the way, please help guys !!!!

    As long as no "p" "m" "o" is involved, its not a relapse, but avoid it, cause it can work as a trigger.Wish you good luck

    I dont think by doing it one can ever reach there goals. NoFap is about clearing your mind and all the dirty stuffs in our brain are due to porn. We have to keep it clean if we want to succeed in this journey.

    Is that something you do often @gameit? :rolleyes: If so, it is part of your addiction and you need to reset and cut it out. But if it is a rare occurrence and a new thing, just avoid getting into the habit of doing it. In this case a reset is down to you buddy.
