Does stuff like this is also counted as watching porn?

I'm usually more tired on schooling days so I get horny more easier. Just now, when I looked myself at the mirror, I got sexually aroused by it maybe because it's handsome... my penis erected and I fascinate about it a little (arousal mode).

I've been trying my best to 100% quit porn and avoid from getting aroused but sometimes it's not possible to avoid especially when my brain automatically react to the stimuli and gets sexually excited/aroused... as like "automatic brain response/reaction" or something like that. I've managed to avoid porn and never get an arousal for a few days though.

So I'm wondering if even that is counted as watching porn? Does this mean I should also quit looking at myself through the mirror? This is getting ridiculous to me anyway... maybe minor things/events shouldn't be considered.

Another question, does it count as "porn" if I fascinate about someone beating my arm? This makes me into sexual arousal mode and get an erection too...

Is my assumption correct that sexual arousal and erections are signs of "porn/disturb recovery"?

Man, same thing about being aroused by my penis. I'm on 12 days streak , three days ago i have shaved it a little bit and sometimes when i go to bathroom i watch it (i have notice some changes like big testicles after 12 days whit no PMO so it appear hansome to me) and think how lucky will be a girl to touch it and play with it. When it happens i stop immediatly to think about that. I consider this as fantasizing and it's not good..

    Fantasizing is not a relapse.

I'm still kind of concerned about this as I'm still trying my best to keep recovering and avoid all porn stimuli. May I ask what is considered as porn actually?? This is the main question/main point actually, in a simple manner.I noticed even if I managed to avoid any stimulating images on the Internet, I still get aroused when I accidentally look at my body parts (or any body parts (can be others) /stuff that exist physically/not virtually). Does this count as relapse?? I get aroused to these stimuli then fantasize or continue looking at them for a while. This seems to be causing some brain fog too.
