    Does sex increase your confidence if so, Why doesn't PMO give you the same effect when we are biologically doing the same thing ?.Why does PMO create negative effect on brain.

    Sex is a connection with another human being. And if you love that person, it's plus and plus. Porn just doesn't help at all really. It just gives you false expectation of what really sex is. It's negative effect on the brain is probably down to the fact we weren't really supposed to be jerking it pixels. It becomes habit, routine. We lose ourselves in it. Part of us is lost in an illusion, is how I think of it. And yes, provided you kick this, and find someone you have a connection with, sex can increase your confidence in my opinion.
