Does Porn Contributes to Short Term Memory Loss?

Ever since I started to PMO, I felt a huge down spike in terms of how my brain is perceiving something. In other words I got dumber as the time goes on. First of all issues would be memory loss. I could really forget something I just saw/heard/learn a couple seconds ago. This drives me mad because I used to be a fast learner at school. Now my logical sense has worsen, and even answering simple questions that require simple logics would be really difficult. People often got angry due to me forgetting everything they asked me to do, and it has led to a real bad increase in my anxiety level. I know anxiety itself along with some amount of depression could induce a brain damage, but just to make sure that brain issues are one of the negative effects of PMO I'm making this thread (which i'd actually glad to know so that I could have more and more reasons to quit).

I am a bit the same although i do not feel anxious. For me i can say it is the result of bad sleep for more than 10 years. In my opinion it is up to others to calm down and give you a few more seconds without pushing you.

but we cannot change the world so we have to deal with the pressure and try to relax and be more confident in those situations. if you are smart than you are smart.. i know a lot of people who are super intelligent but got no confidence. i always give them time to answer/have a conversation because i know of that feeling.

i cannot stand people who force you to be quicker or something like that. you probably want to listen to OSHO (my picture) on youtube... this is the way how it should be.

Thanks for the input m8, but I do find myself quite cynical when faced with meditations & stuffs like that. But if it's rly the case that this is just a matter of confidence then I'll look out for a solution for it. Basically all person whom I shared this about told me that I've stepped down so badly only because I'm becoming too afraid to try something new all the time.

  4. PMO definitely effects your memory I have suffered this problem for years with it gradually getting worse.
