Does porn addiction cause anxiety?

Hi Guys
I've been trying to quit porn since November 2018, and so far my record has been 21 days which was actually my first streak. Since then they've gradually got shorter, and I news motivation to stop relapsing.

I suffer a little with anxiety - I wouldn't say severe, just mild - as an example I've been worrying the past week about a plane journey in July. Even if the odds of dying in a plane crash are 1 in 10 million or something I still worry that that one will be me.

I relapsed again today, and realized I need stronger motivation. I was wondering if porn addiction caused or increased anxiety, and that by quitting my anxiety would get better. That would definitely give me more motivation.
