Does NOFAP change the way you speak, smell and communicate with others?

Hi!
I am starting the journey again after few big streaks.
My question is for you guys, is there any change in how dou you smell? Does the body produce more "pheromones" or is it just a bullshit?
Another one, sometimes I speak too quiet specially whein I am nervous. Does NOFAP will change the way I speak? Deeper voice ect? Or it is another placebo?
Another one, does it magically improve my communication skills with people? (By the way it is another big story, I experience anxiety in crowds, with people and have problems with socializing. As I said, I relapsed often in this year and maybe that's the reason. I am curious what can happen with 2+ years of no porn and NoFap)
And last question, abstaining from masturbating and watching porn BUT having sex with girlfiends will have the same benefits? I think no, because it is all having that sexual energy and not realising it.

Communication skills are unfortunately something you have to learn and practice being better at, NoFap will not help you in that area too much. It may make it easier for you to do, approaching folks as you gain more confidence, and you may or may not have anxiety after a while (depending on factors) but what it won’t do is transform you into some slick, professional speaker.
