Does arousal without erection count as relapse?

Sometimes when I come across looking at porn stimuli such as my own body parts or images on the Internet, I feel slightly aroused. However, my penis does not erect. Does this count as a relapse? My assumption is it only counts as a relapse if the porn stimuli causes erection too, am I correct or wrong? Or it counts as relapse as long as I feel aroused to the porn stimuli?

I'm currently training myself to avoid being aroused/avoid all forms of porn stimuli as I'm trying to quit porn, masturbation and orgasm fully to gain better health and life quality.
