It can take me a few minutes to achieve orgasm sometimes, longer than how it use to. I also can't get aroused.

  3. Well, I you're talking having orgasm during sex with a partner and you're really talking times under 20 minutes to orgasm, I'd say you have nothing to worry about. Most men last somewhere between 7 to 15 minutes before orgasm. In general times under 3 minutes is called premature ejaculation and times over 30 minutes is called delayed ejaculation. From this you can draw some conclusion about your situation.

What comes to arousal... That's more complicated thing to answer, especially with very minimal information you provided. Do you have hard time to get aroused only with your partner, only with one night stands or hard time to get aroused at all? Do you still watch porn and/or masturbate and are having hard time to get aroused with real life person?

If you're still watching porn and/or masturbating; stop it now. And I mean right now. Do for example 30 day Monk Mode Reboot and see if it helps. If not, continue to full 90 days and see if that helps. If after 90 days you're still having hard time to reach orgasm, then it might be caused by some medical or psychological issue which you have to discuss with your doctor.

I hope this answers some of your questions :)

I have a hard time getting aroused, in general. In fact my penis has shrank, I have no libido, and I can't get aroused at all. This all happened one day after an orgasm. I haven't been able to stop with porn and masturbation, so I think that's my issue and I must stop it now.

If after 90 days and I'm still having problems, shouldn't I just continue the reboot? Don't some people take 6 months or longer to reboot? My doctor said I was fine. Does it sound like I have PIED or not?

  5. Some Youtube-want-to-be-specialist once said that it could take 2 months for recovery for every year you were addicted (so a decade of porn addiction takes 20 months of recovery).
While I don't believe that completely, it's worth mentioning that it could take more than 90 days to fully heal from this.

But worry you not. I myself am going through this same exact thing and I'm convinced that I'm able to perform fully some where around that 90 day mark. I might be in recovery at that point but I will be recovered enough to enjoy sex once again.

So yeah... Don't quit after 90 days. Everything worth having is worth waiting for :)

That is what I have heard as well. I just hope what I have is indeed, PIED. It worries me that it's a physical problem with the penis or even worse - venous leak. :-(

But I have some confidence that it is PIED for some reason.

  7. In my opinion you got nothing to worry about. Everything you've described sounds like normal PIED which is cured quite easily by reboot. I think you have to stop worrying about this, get something new and interesting things to do instead of thinking sex or porn, and you're good to go sooner than you think.

Start a new hobby or revive some old hobby. If you can't think anything fun to do, start working out. Pumping iron will boost your testosterone levels, give you fitter body and drains your exes energy. Nothing bad can come out by working out. There's only plus sides :)
