    Hey good people! I am Gerard, and I want to beat this habit. It is wrecking my self-identity, and my spiritual relationship with my Creator. I know that He understands me, but I want to please Him and stop having such a self-hatred. I feel that this might be a good community to be apart of, to get the assistance and support that I might need to beat this. So, thank you for welcoming me, and also for sharing your struggles.

    This indeed is a great community with many resources and you can find the support here, I recomend looking at the Groups also!

    The only way to beat self-hatred I feel is with self-love.

    I used to blame myself for so many things but we have to realize that nobody is perfect and that we all have flaws!

    Take it one day at a time and I see you have your counter! Just imagine of how you will feel when that counter goes to 30 , 90 , 500+!!!

    Never forget why you started this!

    Thank you for that message and encouragement. I am determined to never forget the reason that I started this, because He is with me everyday. I have to keep Him in front of me constantly. And He doesn't look down on small beginnings. WE WILL WIN!!
