Desensitization effects while dating

So I relapsed right before having a date.. As few times before.. not intended.
Being numb not having a clear mind I try to navigate myself to what should have been something standard and normal in life...
Well I guess not...
I'm fucked up whether I like it or not
So I experience desensitization as some sort of numbness and act without thinking a lot... Speaking without really weighing my words... It's something that can last a few hours to a while day-s.
Could someone more familiar with phycology terms explain this in a deeper level..

So what happened.. I went for a walk
Taking casual... The usual anxiety issues after a relapse like avoiding direct eye contact...etc
But the thing is I don't have a clear mind
I made a move way way too fast..
Now once again here with a "smartphone" on my hands
I was not like this before

Please don't just reply "stop fapping" because if it was that easy none of us would be here in the first place

You could try this when you want to slow down:

Imagine sunlight pouring through the body, through the top of the head, spreading like liquid down the arms and legs. Let go of resistance to any thoughts and feelings and just feel the body as this warm, slow, gentle and soothing sunlight flows down through the top of the head.

Move slowly and deliberately, noticing impulse in the mind, feeling the sensations through the feet and hands as you move. Let go of your belly and shoulders, let them hang wherever they want. Let your breath do what it wants.

How do you feel after trying that? Any better?

And yes PMO can exacerbate anxiety, to an extreme degree, or even cause it
