I suppose it depends on what you expect of yourself. Think of food as analogy, is it fair that if I eat far too much for too long I become diabetic and then can't ever eat cake again without doing myself harm? We've allowed ourselves to become addicted and screwed up our brain chemistry. There are some consequences from that, one of which is that it might be a good idea to give up some activities that are fine for others to do because they don't have the same history.

That's not to say you can't ever go on facebook again, but the step between masturbating because you remember a pretty girl you saw on a screen and masturbating to porn seems quite small IMO

 

While it's not a great thing, I don't think what you did was so bad. Give yourself a bit of time to think and assess why you did that. Be patient with yourself, but do your best to avoid masturbating to any photos. You obviously want to do better, and that is a good place to begin.
