When America's forefathers wrote the Declaration of Independence from England, they accepted that they had to fight against Britain. They accepted that if they truly wanted to thrive and stay alive, they had to depend on each other to stay strong against their enemy.

When you quit PMO, you are declaring that you want to be independent from it. You must be willing to fight the hard battle that is coming, and you must be willing to commit and become dependent on something new to support you - whether that be a workout, a routine, your friends, or just dependent on your faith and self-sufficiency in general.

In the end, abstaining from PMO is difficult unless you fight it and you have built a support system to help you thrive without it.

This is something I have learned - if you truly want it and your life is already very entwined in it, you must be willing to fight to build that new support system for you. It's hard, but it's worth the independence.
