decision to bring an absolute end to this addiction

    Hello my name is Avi and I am 29 years old.
    since the age of 14 I am addicted to faping and Porn.
    now,After 15 years, i finally decided To put an end to it ,So I'll try the 90 day challenge.
    This means no PMO for 90 day!!!
    It is important for me to mention That I have managed to reach 90 days in the past,But I was not "cured" and did not continue with this lifestyle.
    That's why I made the decision to bring an absolute end to this addiction.
    I decided to register to Nofap site for support, advice, guidance and recommendations from the rest of the group.
    I'd love to hear from you.
