Hello to you reading this, I hope you are doing well.

Today's one of days that I was fully aware of my triggers. Since it is very important to figure out what triggers you, I thought it should be a good idea to observe my own self. Therefore, I figured that holding the mobile before sleeping is one of the main triggers.
I usually knew this a while ago and started adding a new habit, that instead of surfing randomly. In which would lead to either encountering something that triggers me or getting bored and checking porn websites. So, I added the new habit that I mentioned before, which is reading online manga (comics). That usually distracts me. But, about 2 months ago, I started getting bored and heading for my bad habit (PMO).
To sum up, since the mobile is mainly the cause for PMO for me. So, I need to basically not use it when I'm alone, or before sleeping. Because also it harms my eyesight badly.
But, I am considering downloading a fun mobile game or two just in case I forgot or if I became weak towards this. That even if I use it, I would either read a manga or play a game.
Anyways, this is mainly a self reminder and also a confirmation to myself by typing this. That I am making a change. I am not a lost cause. I am strong. I can do this. I quit for about a year before so I have the capability to do it again. And I also can go much much further. There is no limits to what man can do. So, there is also no limits to what I can do!
I believe in humanity's power! Best of luck to each and every one of you. I wish you all the most sincere blessings.

Someone recommend me a fun online and/or offline games to play on android and/or windows. I want to enjoy it and have a good laugh or two. Nothing competitive. :p
    Thanks in advance!

This is working well. I also improved my day that I sleep earlier than usual. So, I wouldn't be bored at night. I am usually not lowering my gaze when I attempt to see something on the internet, mobile, etc. I know that this is wrong and that it would have a negative effect in my change. So, I am also working on this part to learn myself to look away.

    I have a different recommendation.

Go to a library and get "Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin" or any other fun book that will also give some teachings.

Then turn off the phone in the evening, put it outside your bedroom and enjoy 2 hours of reading.

Fun games will not improve your future. Fun games will give you an escape today from your emotional pain, but tomorrow that pain (loneliness, boredom) will come back again.

That might actually be interesting, as I have been trying to read books before sleeping to improve my sleep and also aa a way of distraction from PMO. However, I can't get used to reading before sleeping. So, audiobooks could be a great solution.
    Thank you!!

In order to break a habit, I need to be fully aware of my triggers. So, when I encounter my triggers I should record my answers to the the following questions:

    • Where was I when the craving showed up?
    • At what point during the day does this happen?
    • What is my emotional state?
    • Who am I with?
    • What happened before you felt this way?
