I watched porn and PMO for many years.... By time I was edging for hours and delaying to get orgasm watching porn videos for hours.... So I developed hard death grip.... Every time I had sex I feel numbed in penis.... Barely can feel anything even when girl tries to bj me.... So I understand it's lost sensations (I become desensitized) and maybe damage nerve endings in penis using my tight fist... Is there any chance to get back normal sensitivity and have normal sex?

  2. Yes, it is reversible.

It really is. I know because I've done that.
I suggest you do basic 90-day reboot, and you should be quite OK. That means no porn, no masturbation, and IMO it's best to abstain from sex also. That way your penis has time to heal and restore nerve sensitivity. Good news is that you don't have to actually do anything. All you need to do is to let your Mr. Johnson rest for some time.

Dry masturbation is the worst thing you can do to your dick.

i have been doing this exactly too.
Masturbating for hours, delaying orgasm, multi-tabbing photo sets and videos, almost everyday.
I don't know about the death-grip but sometimes my skin was a bit red and burning on some part of my dick where I was holding it, just for a day then it went away.
    Always dry, for 17 years.

I have stopped PMO for a month as I experience lack of erections.
I know someone said it above, but is it reversible also in my position ?
Also can it be a reason my dick struggles to complete firm erections without my physical help ?

It’s reversible if you let everything heal.
